В статье исследуются системные проблемы управления производственной структурой российских авиастроительных предприятий в условиях структурной трансформации отрасли. На основе анализа организационной архитектуры Объединённой авиастроительной корпорации (ОАК) после реструктуризации 2020–2024 годов выявлены ключевые управленческие дисфункции: избыточная централизация, кадровый дефицит, технологическое отставание в области цифровизации производства. Особое внимание уделено влиянию санкционных ограничений на кооперационные связи и программы импортозамещения гражданской авиатехники. Предложены направления оптимизации управления производственной структурой на основе интеграции системного подхода и концепции бережливого производства.

The article examines systemic management problems in the production structure of Russian aircraft manufacturing enterprises during the industry’s structural transformation. Based on the analysis of the United Aircraft Corporation’s organizational architecture following the 2020–2024 restructuring, key managerial dysfunctions are identified: excessive centralization, personnel shortage, and technological lag in production digitalization. Special attention is paid to the impact of sanctions on cooperation chains and civil aviation import substitution programs. Recommendations for optimizing production structure management based on the integration of systems approach and lean manufacturing concepts are proposed.
