Статья посвящена исследованию электронного правосудия в США, акцентируя внимание на правовом регулировании и технологических аспектах цифровизации судебной системы. Рассматриваются законодательные акты различных штатов, их влияние на единообразие судебной практики, а также технические решения, способствующие переходу к электронным формам судопроизводства. Анализируется международный опыт, в частности, практика использования роботов-судей в Европе, и оцениваются перспективы их внедрения в США. Обсуждаются возможные последствия для прав и свобод граждан, а также для развития демократии. В заключении подводятся итоги исследования и предлагаются направления для будущих исследований.

The article explores e-justice in the USA, focusing on the legal regulation and technological aspects of the digitalization of the judicial system. It examines the legislative acts of various states, their impact on the uniformity of judicial practice, and the technical solutions facilitating the transition to electronic forms of legal proceedings. The international experience, particularly the practice of using robot judges in Europe, is analyzed, and the prospects for their implementation in the USA are assessed. The potential implications for citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as for the development of democracy, are discussed. The conclusion summarizes the research findings and suggests directions for future studies.
