<p>France, commonly viewed as a nation with a rigid 35-hour workweek (equivalent to 1607 hours annually), has experienced significant changes in its working time regulations over the past few decades, marked by a gradual evolution of its laws. These alterations have influenced various aspects of the workplace, including organization, working conditions, productivity, and wages. The 35-hour workweek initiative not only signifies a decrease in working hours but also encompasses a comprehensive set of measures that have reshaped French labor laws and created extensive opportunities for social dialogue. This article provides an analysis of the regulation of working hours and its political foundations within the country.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Франция</kwd><kwd>работник</kwd><kwd>работодатель</kwd><kwd>рабочее время</kwd><kwd>35-часовая рабочая неделя</kwd><kwd>условия труда</kwd><kwd>производительность</kwd><kwd>заработная плата</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>France</kwd><kwd>employee</kwd><kwd>employer</kwd><kwd>working hours</kwd><kwd>35-hour workweek</kwd><kwd>working conditions</kwd><kwd>productivity</kwd><kwd>and wages</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Бекяшев Д.
